Intro – Intermediate Surf Zone Performance Training

This course will bring out your hard earned flat water skills, whether your self taught or your BCU 2 -3 Star, or ACA. Learn about different types of wave breaks and surf specific performance skill sets to manage varying wave dynamic forces. Controlled launching, landing and surf techniques covered.
This course is a huge confidence builder for many paddlers and most take the surfing courses a few times really to keep those huge grins on the faces.
Locations can range from the Eastern CT shore, Long Island NY, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire coast depending on local conditions and where folks are traveling from. This course will be tailored depending on the skill of the participants.

Greg did a good job with this. The 2* is a little more than it used to be. We went through several strokes - even one I've never really used before.
